This job is open to girls who wish to experience Spanish life and culture as part of a Spanish family, while spending 25-30 hours per week with the children & speaking English with them, no housework is involved.
What you get:
In return you will receive 80 Euro per week, your own room, and meals seven days a week. Your family will collect you from the arrival airport. This means that you will need money to spend on personal expenses like phone calls, clothing, entertainment etc and so you must budget accordingly. You’ll have support on the ground if needed e.g. if you need to rematch & will be put in touch with other Au Pairs in your area to network with.
Language Assistant Program in Spain

This job is open to males and females who wish to experience Spanish life and culture as part of a Spanish family, while spending 15 hours per week assisting and tutoring the family with English conversation and lessons. No previous experience is required.
What you get:
In return you will receive your own room, and board seven days a week. Saturdays and Sundays are completely free. Your family will collect you from the arrival airport. This means that you will need money to spend on personal expenses like phone calls, clothing, entertainment etc and so you must budget accordingly.
Most families are in Madrid or Alcala de Henares.
- be 18 years old or older (no upper age limit)
- have English as your native tongue
- have a high school diploma or equivalent
- be in good health and of good character
- want to be a part of a Spanish cultural exchange
- be a non smoker
- be polite and respectful to the family’s rules and habits
You will not require a visa unless you stay longer than three months. If you want to stay longer than three months you must enrol in a Spanish Language class (at your own expense) for a minimum of 15 hours per week to get your visa.
